This seemed to make sense until I took them off the shelf and vowed to return them, but I never did. So then I would end the year with my book version of the Leaning Tower of Pisa! So here, instead of just comparing objects, we are actually weighing them using non-standard units. In the past, I have used bears, but this year, I'm using cubes. Henry, a mouse, is all for “going” to kindergarten, but isn’t quite sure if he really wants to stay! His apprehensions are quickly overcome when he finds a classroom full of friends and fun things to do. This book is written for younger children, pre-K as well as K. Perfect for: Kids who are nervous about starting school.
